Welcome to LexFormo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our domain lexformo.pro and any services, information products, or goods (collectively "Offerings") provided by LexFormo ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read carefully.

1. Professional Services

1.1 Scope: We offer consulting, document preparation, regulatory compliance guidance, and related advisory services for businesses. Each engagement is defined by a signed engagement letter specifying deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Information Products

2.1 Scope: We offer digital publications, white papers, templates, and training modules on legal topics. Access is granted via download or streaming upon payment.

3. Goods

3.1 Scope: We may offer physical items such as guides, printed books, or branded materials. Details of any product are specified at the time of purchase.

4. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Professional Services: If you cancel within seven days of signing the engagement letter and no deliverables have been provided, we will reimburse the fee for unused hours. Once any deliverable has been submitted, no reimbursement is available. You may postpone a scheduled service once up to fourteen days by written notice; subsequent changes may incur additional fees.

4.2 Information Products: You may request reimbursement within fourteen days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Requests after access or download are not eligible for reimbursement.

4.3 Goods: Notify us in writing within ten days of receipt for any defective or damaged items. You must ship back the item. We will replace the item at no cost or reimburse the purchase price, including shipping fees, if replacement is not feasible.

4.4 Method of Reimbursement: All reimbursements are issued via the original payment method or as an electronic credit within fourteen business days of approval.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients can request to reschedule professional services once without penalty if notice is given at least five days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests after this period may incur additional charges.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on lexformo.pro. Continued use of our Offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
